About Boot Camp

At CrossFit Hardcore North we have a firm believe in the principals that surround CrossFit and nobody can argue with the results.  Our Boot Camp is derived from the same CrossFit principals and movements, but we eliminate the Heavy Bars and Olympic Lifting which CrossFit revolves around.  We incorporate dumbbells and kettle bells, running, body weight movements, boxes, weighted sleds, rowers and more to give your body the workout that it needs to see the best results.

Full Schedule Boot Camp will be starting August 5, 2013.


Monday 5:30AM, 6:30AM, 8:30AM & 7:30PM

Tuesday 5:30AM, 6:30AM, 8:30AM & 7:30PM

Wednesday 5:30AM, 6:30AM, 9:30AM & 7:30PM

Thursday 5:30AM, 6:30AM, 8:30AM & 7:30PM

Friday 5:30AM, 6:30AM, 8:30AM
